Southern Sneaux is a mobile mental health wellness pop-up and snoball food truck bringing trauma-informed support directly to Connecticut communities. Built on the missions of Main Street Counseling and Grit and Grace Recovery in Connecticut, this “project” merges clinical integrity with grassroots energy, we break down mental health stigmas and turn everyday spaces into welcoming environments—delivering accessible, community-based healing alongside authentic New Orleans fluffy shaved ice.

$150 flat setup fee + $4 per SnoBall (paid by guests)
Sneaux on the House
$150 flat setup fee + $3 per SnoBall (billed to PTO/Host)

60 minutes of SnoBall food truck service, custom menu board, and 8 flavor options. Perfect for up to 20 guests.

80 minutes of SnoBall food truck service, custom menu board, and 10 flavor options. Perfect for up to 30 guests.

Unlimited SnoBalls served during your reserved 2-hour service window. Includes a custom menu board and 20 flavor options for your guests. Great for large community celebrations and corporate staff appreciation events.

Purposeful team collaboration and job opportunities for local individuals impacted by trauma and economic inequality.
CT Food Truck Pop-Ups:
Booking active event catering at Connecticut schools, cultural centers, recovery facilities, corporate workplaces, and wellness fairs.
