Insurance

Based on your existing health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is conceivable that services may be covered partially or entirely. We kindly request you to reach out to your provider to ascertain the extent to which your plan provides compensation for psychotherapy services.

Many of our providers are in network with the insurances listed below.  If you do not see your insurance carrier listed that means we are out of network providers and not connected with your insurance.  However, you may be entitled to out of network benefits per your contract with your insurance plan.  If this is the case, we are happy to provide you with a Superbill and any other documentation your insurance carrier requires for any out of pocket reimbursement you are entitled to.  Please note, we can not guarantee reimbursement. 

Payment :  We accept cash, check, HSA and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy:  If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full rate of the session.  Cancellations can be made through your secure portal account.
