Robin’s choice to venture into counseling stems from her genuine enjoyment of working with diverse individuals. She focuses on collaborating with clients, lending an empathetic ear, and walking alongside them to navigate their stories and achieve positive resolutions.

Robin’s varied life experiences, from being a college athlete, coach, personal trainer, school counselor, adjunct professor to earning a degree in Educational Leadership, have significantly shaped her evolution as a mental health professional.

  • Trauma Treatment Expertise: Robin is proficient in trauma treatment and uses methods such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and Somatic-Based Interventions.
